Our collection policy
The certificate of conformity business is regularly criticised for its practices: sites imitating an official service, fabricated reviews, average scores with no stated origin. We would rather show little, and true.
- Who may leave a review? Only someone whose file we have handled. Every review is tied to an order reference.
- How we ask. We request a review after delivery of the certificate, in a single e-mail, with no reminder and no incentive.
- Publication. We publish the text as written. We do not rewrite it, we do not correct it, and we do not filter out negative reviews.
- Anonymity. We show the first name and the initial of the surname. Never the full name, never the chassis number.
- Average score. It is only calculated and published from five reviews upwards. Below that, an average means nothing.
If you were a customer and things went badly, write to us: a published negative review is more useful to us than a dissatisfied customer who stays silent.
