1. Purpose
These terms govern the services assisting with the obtaining of a certificate of conformity (paper COC or digital eCOC) provided by ELEKO SARL via the euroecoc.eu website.
2. Service
euroeCOC obtains, on the client’s behalf, the certificate of conformity matching their vehicle from the manufacturer or the authorised source. The stated price and turnaround are confirmed to the client before any payment.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The applicable price is the one confirmed to the client after verification of the vehicle’s details (VIN).
4. Right of withdrawal
Where the service begins with the client’s agreement (ordering the certificate from the manufacturer) before the end of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, the client acknowledges that they may waive their right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
5. Turnaround
Turnaround times are given for guidance only and depend on the manufacturers. euroeCOC cannot be held liable for delays attributable to third parties.
